  Parcel Motel location review (not the shop/petrol station) Usually gets a very late delivery time 22:30-00:00. Bright location on lit forecourt. Easy location to collect from open 24hrs. Parcel motel themselves has had a decline in coustomer service over the past year or more. Parcels often take upto 24hrs to be checked in at their depot before transport to the motel. My current package is with them 2 Days and I’m still waiting. Over the Christmas period some parcels took a week from when they were received by parcel motel until they arrived at the collection point. Perhaps they’ve become too successful and let the service slip as a result despite regular increases in price to the customer.

  Great staff also very good Deli.Always very busy and 24 hours opening. Fantastic car washes .Very clean forecourt and the use of a public toilet lovely owner i wish all d staff and management a very Happy Christmas from Brendan Smith
