::Great food, clean room, everything is outstanding except one thing - TV is not HD, has 9 vertical lines on the screen distorting the quality of viewing and does not offer various channels. Other than that I was very satisfied.

::The room was very nice, especially the bathroom. The shower was very nice and modern. Can't beat the location relative to the airport and the breakfast in the morning was great!

::Hotel was very close to the Shannon airport, but you didn't hear a plane, which was very nice. The service is great, as well as the rooms. However the bathroom could have been a bit more cleaned up. They have a room where you can play with cards or other (board) games and the food was really nice! I enjoyed staying here.

::Fantastic customer service, clean rooms, and willing to go above and beyond when taking care of our large group (24 people). We stayed overnight upon arrival and before departing. They were able to work with us when we needed a meeting space last minute, and were able to help us make dinner arrangements outside of the dining room during our meeting. One member of our group also had a medical need that they were also able to help facilitate without delay. Very happy with our stay here.
