  Unfortunately, I fell into the same trap as others leaving a review. 6 months after buying a used car from these guys, I have still not received a reg book. Further, they claim to be "out of business" and refuse to give me any other contact information. I am now trying to secure a new reg book via the motor tax department. These guys are...essentially...thieves. They took the money with no intention of honouring the legal process of transferring the reg book. I concur with the other reviewers - they pay lip service - promise things will be done differently - and then do nothing. Heads up: I saws the owner sign the previous owners' name on a transfer of registration document! Ridiculous - stay away!!! Hopefully, the Garda will shut these guys down...again.

  It is funny, in a very non-funny way, how most of the genuine reviews have actually all encountered and experienced the same issues and problems in their dealings with these guys, Brian in particular and I'm certainly no different. All the assurances and promises given by Brian when I came to the garage to view the car I was interested in, all turned out to be lip service. And so 11 months on Im left with a faulty seatbelt sensor, a faulty CD player, a faulty passenger window slide button all of which Brian initially said would be fixed by the garage but after numerous attempts to arrange he finally told me to contact the garage who does all the work for the 'Car Protect' warranty that he sold me and of course they dont cover any of the above. Plus the full service history book has never been provided as promissed! I hold my hand up and say I was very foolish in driving away with that car that day with those issues still to the fore, also given the fact that Brian actually refused to sell me the car at the agreed price including the trade in of my car , all signed for on the Deal Sheet. He upped the price on the day by €500 and refused to honour the terms of the deal sheet! I was fooled and acted like a fool too..I should have taken my own car back and walked away when he inisted on changing the deal sheet terms, agreed the previous day after viewing both cars...but to my detrement I didnt. Do yourself a favour, dont fall into the same trap as me and just stay away!!

  Terrible service, traded my van for a car approx 8 months ago, Van is still registered to me and still receiving letters in post regarding it. Also have not received my own logbook for car and have had to resort to alternative means to resolve. Stay well away.

  Would stay as far away from these as possible. Like the other comments say they are absolute cowboys. Nothing but trouble as soon as I drove out of the garage. As for warranty from these guys there is no such thing. I would also stay away from the other name they are trading under in a different location Sarsfield motors. They seem to move cars and personal between so when you go back with a problem which you will they will tell you the person who sold the vehicle doesn't work there any more.
