  I would highly recommend Paul. I attended for hypnotherapy and dream interpretation. I found Paul very easy to get along with and he puts a person at ease immediately. He can quickly and effectively get to the root cause of an issue and help work through an issue and ways to deal with it. This did not take too many sessions. Thank you Paul.

  d been suffering from severe stress and low mood, and it got to the point where I knew I needed help. Someone I knew had been to Paul and found him very helpful, and I had always been curious about hypnosis, so I decided to give it a try. Paul has a very calming and reassuring presence, and it was easy to talk to him about my problems. The hypnosis was amazing. I felt on top of the world after the session, and that feeling stayed with me. I went for a few more sessions because I wanted to build upon that feeling and uncover any deep issues that had been contributing to my stress. Each week just got better, and I was able to relax and go deeper each time. Each week I couldn't wait for my session and always I would feel blissfully happy coming out. As well as doing a wonderfully enjoyable hypnotherapy session each time, Paul also analysed my dreams, and I learned so much about myself through this process. It's a few months later now and people are still commenting on how much calmer and happier I am these days. I feel great, and this experience has changed my life. JC

  Paul is an excellent therapist. I was very pleased with the results. Within a few sessions I was relaxed and felt alot better. I wasn't sure would I respond to hypnotherapy but I am really happy it worked. I would highly recommend Paul.

  Paul is a very good therapist he immediately put me at ease. I went to Paul to help me deal with grief. After a few sessions he helped me cope with my loss. I would highly recommend Paul as a hypnotherapist.Thanks Paul
