  We recently purchased a house through Paul Tobin Estate Agents, there were some complications with the property however they dealt with them thoroughly and very efficiently. Would highly recommend.

  I had a house to sell which needed a lot of work. I neither had the time or energy for the job, I heard of Paul Tobin from a colleague who was extremely happy with his service. A few days after he visited the property he got in touch with a current value and a refurbishment plan. He was professional and knowledgeable and knew the market very well, I also got to see before and after shots of his previous work and had the confidence in him to take on the project from start to finish. From design stage, right through to completion he took care of everything and updated me regularly making sure I was informed and happy at each stage. One of the best savings was a kitchen he bought on Done Deal for €800, I had been previously looking at a kitchen cost of €5,000. The market at the time was sluggish and I was worried about attracting a buyer but Paul was confident that with this type of fit out and It would sell fast and for a high price. I was hoping the refurbishment would have taken less time but when we went to market he sold it in a few weeks, well worth the investment. The best description of the overall service was that it was tailored to suit my requirements’ and would not hesitate in recommending Paul Tobin Estate Agents. Eileen Castleknock Grove

  Paul was the estate agent for an apartment I recently purchased. From the first viewing until receiving the keys Paul was efficient, honest, empathetic and straight forward.   I asked Paul Tobin Estates to advise on revamping and letting a house in Dublin 9 in July 2016 Paul called to the house and submitted a room by room report, effectively an interior design proposal. He visited the house on numerous occasions to ensure that work was completed to the highest standards. He personally met the painting contractor, flooring contractor, recommended a cleaning company and advised on how to apply all the finishing touches. The refurbishment was completed on time and on budget. He then secured an excellent tenant paying 40% more than the rent we had hoped to achieve. I would highly recommend Paul Tobin Estates if you are considering refurbishing and letting or selling a house. Diarmuid Everard, November 2016
