  Superb facility, Fluffy loves spending time here, have been to previous facilities over the years but never have found the professionalism that Vivienne has. Her dedicated attitude to her business and professionalism is second to none, Fluffy attending her facility now for over the last 2 years and still insists on her vaccination card for visual updates 😁

  Absolutely awful behavior from the asian woman. 30 minutes in car to get there, got some traffic, got 15 minutes late and started screaming that she can't take the animal and gave no solution at all when asked repeatedly. Screaming to a customer like it was her kids. The worst and most unprofessional service I've been to so far. When pointed out her unprofessionalism, started negating everything and changing how the story happened. Disgusting.

  Just collected my dog from paws dog grooming. The lady was very helpful and extremley knowledgable. Highly recommend paws dog grooming. Thank you so much.

  They did not do what I asked them to do at all! They didn't wash the conditioner out of my dogs fur properly so I had too when I got home! They also didn't clip one of my dogs' tails! When I asked for a number 7 clipping to be done on her they did a 5! They also over charged me. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
