  Great service, they couldn't fix my laptop as part wasn't available but despite the work they did on it changed me nothing.

  Got an iPhone 6S screen and battery replaced for the best price by a long way. Phone is working perfectly, no complaints. All done in 1 hour.

  Fantastic service, 5 Stars, called to our premises and had the entire network up and running without any issues within 30 minutes, great prices and a good bunch of people to say the least, we shall be returning. I can't believe some of the reviews I have seen posted here, so unfair.

  There were a couple things I was suspicious about when it came to fixing my laptop, but I'm not an expert so I normally wouldn't write one of these. The real juicy stuff is in how they treated me. All I can say is, I had a loose charger port, where I had to keep maneuvering the cord to get it to charge. They replaced the whole thing without my consent (when they explicitly told me the wouldn't move forward without an estimate), and the problem was marginally better, but it still stopped charging whenever I moved my laptop or the table shook...so maybe the problem was more complicated? Again I'm not a computer expert. I brought it back to see what else they could do, and also to say that since my laptop had been in the shop, the "e" key worked really inconsistently. Even now, I'm going mad trying to type a sentence, because I have to keep pressing the "e" key until it works. In fact I'll just stop trying so you can s what it looks lik. Look, I don't know if they broke my e key. Maybe its a coincidence. But when I reported th problem and asked for help, the lad had the nerve to tell me that I was typing incorrectly. I've had this laptop for four years and I have typed hundreds of thousands of words in its lifeetime. I didn't start typing differently after I took it to th shop. Thy could have just admittd thy didn't know what the issue was and did their best to give me suggestions (like others did when I took it elsewhere), but insteead this lad straight up tells me this problem doesn't exist. I promise you it does, or I wouldn't havee just ordered new keyboard on amazon just now. Nice enough people, but why would you treat a customer like that. Nothing upsets m more than somon making you feel crazy when you've gone to them for hlp. Took my probleems elsewhere. Thy were much more profssional.
