::This is a good place to find inexpensive clothing. They have a very good selection of inexpensive clothing that are quite fashionable; however, quality can be an issue with their cheapest clothing lines at times. If you are a discerning shopper, Penney's is a fine shop. Staff there are friendly, helpful and pleasant. I recommend Penney's for the discerning shopper.
