::Need more training on how to deal with difficult clients, especially ones with long, well taken care of hair. Two shampoos and a light conditioner big NO NO! 1 shampoo and 2 conditioners is the way to go, but two shampoos dry out the hair. Brain over brawn. Staff should be monitored closely, as whispering and giggling amongst each other while around clients in unprofessional.

::'I am most annoyed I purchased a steam pod on Christmas Eve from ur tralee branch for 185.00 the lady took the box from the display shelve I opened it this morning to find the products missing all the protective selofine half removed from the box . I feel it's like someone had returned this and I was handed it out for 185 euros to say I am mad is an understatement.
