::Waiting on a call from Peter Marks Waterford? Don't hold your breath. Showed up after taking a day off for a colour class to be told 'sorry someone should have called you last night' and they were 'short staffed' so they wanted me to come back the following day. No way to accommodate me for their muck up. Called and spoke to the manager Elaine who was supposed to 'speak to someone' and call me back the same day. That was 2 days ago. Awful customer service. Wouldn't bother booking an appointment here, who knows if you'll actually have one when you get there?

::Having got my hair cut in numerous barbers/hairdressers down through the years and often leaving disappointed or unsatisfied, Id like to take this opportunity to applaud the staff at Peter Marks. I was pleasantly greeted by a Lady called Elaine who seems to be the manager, Elaine offered me tea or coffee and asked me to take a seat in the waiting area. I was called within 3 minutes by a lovely young lady called Helena who brought me to my seat, at this point I was offered a array of reading material. I choose to have a look at the Irish Independent but to my amazement Helena was instantly ready to cut my hair. I found Helena to be extremely helpful and friendly and advised me on what she thought re my hair style. Having said all of the above I must admit it was a very pleasant & efficient service and id like to take opportunity to thank Elaine & Helena . All things considered I would have no hesitation recommending Peter Marks to anyone.

::Usually quite happy with the service here and the staff, but when I made my latest appointment I wasn't informed that I would have to pay more for a stylist or given an alternative option. Paid 41 euro for a curly blow-dry after initially being told it was 46(due to senior stylist?). Parts of my hair were still frizzy and my hair felt quite dry from over use of heat. Will continue buying products but reluctant to pay this amount again only to be disappointed.

::My hair is a mess. The two sides are not even in the same length, I asked for a basic layers, its not rocket science, is it? And now I have to find another hairdresser to fix it. Thank you, never again.
