I've gone here three times now, each getting a different hairdresser. All the girls are great. Personally I loved Natalie, her attention to detail is next to none and really asks what you'd like. Friendly vibe in the overall shop. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks as always girls.

I had a cut here couple of days ago. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I am a techie and not into glossy magazines etc, so I thought the best way to explain the style I want was to show a picture of myself made immediately after my last haircut, when I was extremely happy with the result. It didn't work. I got different style. But that's not the big deal. The big deal is - it is so badly done! My fringes are so tick and out of proportion with the rest of my hair. When I run a comb through my hair, I discovered a strand hanging behind my ear, obviously forgotten there (my hairdo is short). There are several pokes and holes at the sides... Al in all, it looks almost like I myself made random cuts with scissors here and there around my had. I seriously thought about going back there and requesting my money back! It's just the thing the place is out of the way and would cost me a lot of time that stopped me from doing that. I wonder what criteria is for the people to get the job at the salon? I would expect they would have to have at least basic technique. I don't have any fancy style or anything, it is pretty basic. But it's not cheap! So I expect fair service for my money. I didn't get it this time. In fact, I am genuinely astonished (even amused at this point :-)) how someone with such "skills" could call themselves a professional hairdresser!
