  pets are not in good shape, parrots dying, fishes dying, cages are not cleaned and the smell is just a killer. good selection of foods, but that is all you have. staff knowledge of things are just basic, any human would know what they know. bad service and bad manners and very dirty!!!

  Good selection of pet products and friendly helpful staff. Closing at 6pm means I usually go somewhere else but I like the shop. Also the cat toys section has been empty for months.

  My daughter got a dwarf hamster two weeks ago and today found it dead . So rang shop and staff member said would ring as store manager was busy. Staff member did ring back only to be told of 7 day policy and not by manager . How to lose a customer, great customer care ... NOT
