  The Store to Get all you need for your pet. Even a live display of MEERKATS 7, or 8 of them who ARE very social with those who ARE interested. Dog Food. Fish Tanks and supplies. Pet Grooming service. Cats, Birds, Spiders, Lizards, Snakes! (yes SNAKES, even after St. Patrick ran them all out of IRELAND. My only critique would be both good AND bad is, If you know how to use the intenet, you can get some things? most actually? at a cheaper PRICE, But you might have to wait a week to get it. For your PETS NEEDS and convenience, which does come with a value, PET WORLD AND ITS STAFF ARE TOP NOTCH. ☆☆☆☆☆ Kevin Gardner

  Was in there few times with my missis and she had crazy ideas. Staff was very helpfull and supportive.

  Some pet shops can be sad looking affairs, with drab cages and listless animals. Petworld is different. From the beautifully appointed cages of paired tropical birds, to the incredible aquarium like fish display and the meercat enclosure, this shop is more like a mini zoo. Selection is amazing, from pets, to habitats, food and accessories. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

  Attended the Birthday event this weekend with family, absolutely brilliant day out, so much to do and see, great for kids with the face painter and clown -.so funny, my two kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had so much fun looking at all the animals, even got photos with Marshall and Chase. Very evident so much hard work and organisation went into the day, all the staff of this store deserve huge praise, all so helpful, friendly and approachable. Well done Petworld Athlone, here's to another 10 years!!
