  Hi my name is Yvonne Watson & i just felt i had to write a review on Duffys of Newbridge - i needed a 1st service on my Citroen C4 Piccasso Exclusive & phoned Duffys i was greeting over the phone by a lovely lady called Anne who immediately i felt was so friendly yet professional & indeed helpful - now i know it was just a service but its nice to have someone know exactly what your needs are - because i will say this is not the company i bought my new Citroen from a year ago but when i emailed & phoned them abt my service i got no reply to the email & i had to phone them & when i asked the cost of the service the lady i spoke to didnt know & said she would call me back - that was 3 weeks ago !!! Immediately when i asked Anne in Duffys the cost of the service she told me & further explained what it consisted of. She was kind enough to let me leave my car in the dealership in Newbridge town & their service dept which is in Togher Est collected my car from there making everything so handy for me & when my car was delivered back it had been valeted & washed which was a lovely surprise. Id mentioned to Anne that there was a lot of technology on my car i didnt know how to use & the chap in Newbridge without me even asking was kind enough to sit in the car with me & explain everything i didnt know + he pointed out things on my car i didnt even know existed which really was the job of the 1st Citroen dealer i bought the car from so i absolutely thought that was above & beyond - but then again having experienced this kind of friendly & helpful morning at Duffys they & i know when im due to think about trading in my car in another couple of years il know where to go 1st so i guess it works both ways. Thank you for all your help & thoughtfulness it was really appreciated & il definitely know where my 1st stop will be when i need any further help or assistance or indeed when i go to trade in or sell my car.
