  I would have given them five stars after the first time I had my phone repaired there, but I got a different person the second time, and he was gruff and unpleasant. He kept being really condescending and critical toward a sweet, soft-spoken woman named Maria who worked there. I only know her name because he kept calling her back to berate her for various things, and she kept trying to do everything he said, no matter how much he scolded her for not doing anything quite well enough to please him. She handled it really well, amazingly without any defensiveness or anger. She was so tolerant and kind, and she was good at interacting with customers. I'm pretty sure having her be the one to relay information to customers is the main reason he hasn't alienated more people than he has. The gruff man did okay at the actual repairs, but not as well as the nicer guy from before. He told me it would take two hours, but it actually took four and a half. That didn't really bother me because I think he was having trouble putting it back together. Maybe a screw was stripped or something. I'm glad he had the patience to keep at it for that long. Now it will at least charge with one of the cords I have, but the connection is still wobbly. I tried it out afterward, had some trouble getting a steady charge, and immediately returned to let him know, at which point his bad attitude turned toward me and he did that blaming thing again that he had been doing to Maria previously, but this time it was all about how it's probably just that I've damaged my cord, even though it charges all of my other devices just fine, and how it's my fault it wouldn't fit tightly because I've worn the port out. Yes, I know I damaged it, and that's why I brought it in to be fixed! If that's the best repair you can do, just say so and I'll accept it, but getting defensive and placing blame helps nothing. It was wobbly the first time I brought it in, but the first guy made it not wobbly anymore, so I didn't know that it wasn't completely fixable this time. That's really all he had to tell me: Incurable now, but treatable to a decent extent that preserves most of its functionality. After I left, I could hear him complaining about me to another customer. He can dish out the criticism, but apparently he can't take any at all. I wasn't even rude about it. I thanked him for trying and accepted that he had gotten it as good as it was able to get. I really wish the other guy had been there instead. I'd go back to the first one, but most likely not to the gruff fellow if I can help it. The price was really good, though, and my phone is doing a lot better than it was before I had him work on it. I'm actually okay with the quality of the work, even though my phone isn't quite as good as new this time, and it was perfectly like new after the other repair. I get that it would be unrealistic to expect that kind of result every time, especially now that the phone is getting older. It's mostly the bad attitude that bothered me. Hopefully, he was just having a bad day and isn't like that all the time. I feel sorry for poor Maria if the way he was treating her is an everyday thing. If not for having to witness that, I probably wouldn't have bothered to write this.

  So the German guy is a gentleman. The muscly tattooed guy is a rude b*ll*x. Seriously what an A to the Hole

  I would highly recommend just paying 20euro extra and going to a proper place to fix your phone. It took them 2months to put a screen i which he cracked while putting in and i had to wait another month and half for a screen. He never calls to let you know when the phone be ready so u just have to go in and pay for parking and the bald guy always said a time it be ready even though it never was ready. Staff was then very rude when i said its unexseptable about this 3 and half month wait. It cost me 180 to fix my screen for 3 and half months even tho if i paid 200 i would of got the screen fixed the day it broke. Would never go there again.

  I have very bed experience with them. Totally lack of professionalism in technical aspects. Don't recommend

  Unbelievable good! My screen was repaired in the fastest time and still at reasonable prices. The store has professional staff and they deserve just recommended to be!
