::I went for a haircut on Tuesday and had the worst experience with Picasso! One of the girls was washing my hair, I told her how I want to have the haircut by she told me that the other girl would do it. And then I saw HER, she had pieces of foil for coloring on her hair, so obviously she was caring more about her own hair than mine. She was doing everything in a hurry, brushing very fast hurting my head skin. When I told her that it was painful, she asked pointedly if I had a sensitive scalp, I said no and told just to be more careful. But she didn't change it. She made the haircut in less than 15 minutes. Then she was drying my hair and asked the other free girl who was working there to help her, so then two girls from both sides were pulling my hair. When I made them understand that it was painful, they said that I have dry hair. I suggested to use some hair oil on the ends, and they said they didn't have it. So everything was very in rush and immediately after the hairdresser was done with me she went to wash her hair in the salon and the other worker started to help her there. At the reception I asked for a book of complains, the receptionist said that didn't have it at that moment and suggested to write my complain on a piece of paper. I said that i wanted it to be seen by management and asked to see the manager in that case. She said that the manager was sick that day but would call me the next day if I leave my phone number. I did but didn't receive any calls. The experience was very bad, the hairdresser was very unprofessional, didn't treat me well, unpleasant, and It ruined my afternoon. I hope this review will be seen by management and I will be contacted!

::Had a terrible experience here this week. Would never recommend this place to anybody. My hair was unnecessarily and excessively pulled and snapped while being blow dried and the ends of my hair and scalp were burnt. I wasn't offered a resolution to my complaint, in fact the manager didn't seem overly concerned. My advice, stay away!
