::Really enjoyed Emma 's classes. As a beginner, she really put me at Ease and made me feel comfortable amongst the rest of the class. I regularly attend the Pilates classes and have found it if great benefit for a nagging back problem I've suffered from in the past. Pilates had definitely helped me with this. I've also attended the yoga lates class at times and found it a really enjoyable and tough workout.
