::I love Pizza Hut, we order from the Lucan branch at least 5 times a month. My 3 star review isn't because of quality but rather customer service. We have been ordering for a while and unfortunately it depends on the day what kind of service we get. One lafy in particular makes us feel like an inconvenience. Everything is an effort, no knowledge of please or thank you. Will tell us orders are impossible two days after we ordered that exact thing. Love the food

::On the 4 of November at 10.30 I orderd a pizza to my house but I had to cancel it because I found out I did not have enough money with me but at 10:37 I rang back to cancel my order and the guy on the phone answered and I politely said I recently placed an order but I would like to cancel it and he said ok and hung up straight away the call lasted 13 seconds and then later today the 5th of November I I called to go get a pizza and I placed my delivery I gave you my address they told me to wait I waited two minutes and got hung up on I rang back and I did that last night I placed a fake order and that they came to my door even though explain to them that I cancel it but he did not go through because he does hung up straight away and the woman on the phone so that I'll take her order today but we may not take her order in the future but I would like to complain that your staff and not very nice and they are very rude because they because they hung up twice when I didn't say anything even when I try to cancel my order.
