  I really cannot recommend Portobello dental or more importantly Dr. Helen Walsh enough, I had a traumatic experience in a dentist's chair as a child so as a result I seek treatment with great reluctance but I have to say Dr Walsh and her staff have helped me overcome my fears through the quality of treatment (with little pain or discomfort) but more Importantly to me, Dr Walsh's understanding and level of patient care who i cannot thank or speak highly enough of. Please keep up the good work. Thanks again. Hugh

  I have been a patient of Helen Walsh for the last months and she is one of the best and friendliest dentist I have had in my life and my teeth are in tip-top shape because of her care. Fantastic place to go especially if you're a nervous patient. I felt so happy after my first visit as Helen and all the team are professional, highly skilled and very thorough. Thanks again!

  I can't recommend Portobello Dental highly enough.From the moment you enter reception the staff are so friendly and professional.I had root canals and crowns done with Dr Helen Walsh and never felt a thing she was so thorough and put me at ease straight away,very nice lady, great experience.

  I needed extensive dental work (multiple implants and a bone graft) so researched all available options in Dublin, as well as a few further afield. From my first consultation with Nick Beirne I knew who I would be choosing. I was impressed by his attention to detail, and the time and care taken to explain the process to me. Now that I have completed my treatment I couldn't be happier with my choice! Nick and the whole team who coordinated my treatment ensured my experience was a positive one throughout. I was always greeted warmly at the front desk and never kept waiting to be seen or to schedule my next appointment. The costs and time frame were outlined at the start and there were no nasty surprises along the way. The procedures themselves were very comfortable. At no point did I feel pain, and every effort was made to keep me relaxed. Aftercare was also excellent. I received a follow-up call in the days after a procedure to check on my progress. I luckily didn't have any issues during my recovery but it was reassuring to know Nick was always just a phonecall away. I've been recommending Portobello Dental to my friends and family who've been asking about my treatment after seeing the great results. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

  I have been a patient of the Portobello Dental Clinic for several years.. During this time i have had teeth cleaned, extracted (now a rare occurrence because of the various options available), fillings, root canal, crowns, implant, and gum shield. I have total confidence in my dentist. On occasions I have asked her if she would perform the treatment on someone close to her. I trust her completely. The treatments are individualized. My dentist instinctively knows how to reassure me. I regard my visits as essential to maintaining my oral health. Following non routine treatments I receive a call 24 hours later checking in with me that all is well. This is greatly appreciated. From the moment you enter the premises you are genuinely made feel at home. Recently I recommenced Dr Walsh to a friend. As a consequence my friend now smiles and has teeth she is pleased with. My friend wanted her teeth sorted before she got married. I was thrilled that I could recommend Dr Walsh to her. In turn my friend has advised her colleagues to attend the Portobello Dental Clinic.
