  Great friendly gym with fantastic trainers and a great variety of classes, morning and evening. Really can not recommend this gym enough😊

  Cannot recommend these guys enough. They are a pleasure to train with. No matter what fitness level you're at they help you every step of the way. I've just completed the 6 week body transformation and I really enjoyed it. Great kick start to get back into training. There's so many different classes to choose from so it never gets boring and repetitive. I'm definitely sticking with these guys. Thanks Dora and Stephen. You are a pleasure to train with and look forward to continuing with you lot.

  I have been taking classes with Stephen and his team at Primal X Fitness for 8 months now and have really seen the benefits. The classes are well structured and suited to all levels of fitness. Stephen and Dora are brilliant trainers and make sure everyone is pushed hard while also making the sessions great fun. The other thing I really like is the feeling of community and that everyone is valued and encouraged to reach there goals and targets. As they say no ego's and no excuses. Keep up the great work guys highly recommended !!!
