  Got a flat tire and was in a complete panic, lovely qparking employee Clive was so nice and helped me move car into a space. He then with help of jury's inn security guys changed the tire for me and were so helpful and lovely. Thanks a million

  Clive helped me whilst I parked here recently for a work meeting. I needed a receipt and he was most helpful and friendly. I use q-park in Stephens Green several times a week but I had never been in this car park and I was impressed, particularly by Clive’s attitude.

  have been charged twice for parking here on two occasions in the past month. All because I have an easytrip tag - it automatically charged me but I couldn't get into the carpark without taking a ticket. The second time it happened, this evening, the parking attendant just said I will have to pay even though my tag will be charged because I took a ticket to get into the carpark. The carpark is tiny and charged 13.50 euro for less than 3 hours (which will now be doubled making it 27 euro, when I check my e-trip account). will never park there again

  The parking attendant, Rizwan, was extremely helpful when after returning to my car I discovered I had an almost flat tyre. He was very polite when I asked if I could stay in the car park to deal with the tyre (I had already paid my ticket) and then produced a tyre pump from his own car and pumped my tyre for me! It worked and I managed to get home in one piece. I was thrilled that I did not have to stay in a car park at 10pm on a bitterly cold Sunday night. Thank you!! I will certainly use this car park again :)
