  Extremely rude and unhelpful staff in the collection depot. I needed help tracking a package since no one in my old address held the coupon for me. Got shout by the staff, didn't get any of my packages and won't be able to as I don't live close to the office anymore. Hate to see my taxes going to services like this.

  The staff in the collection depot are bad tempered and not willing to help at all. The short man is rude. Can something be made to change the behaviour of this guy? The experience of having to talk with him to take your delivery is not recommended at all. And it makes things worst when you have problems with your deliveries... Hope the Post Office can examine and review this service as it is horrible

  Note: This review is of the collection depot, which is located in the outside area behind the post office. Inefficient, inept, and ill run. The bespectacled guy is great and very professional. The short, surly old git shouldn't be allowed to interact with the general public.

  All the staff are really nice and friendly. The queueing system is good and works. They have a new rewards card to keep you coming back. Now a days it's a fabulous and grand building to have as a post office, compared to a lot of them being a tiny counter in a convenience store.
