  I would most definitely recommend Reaney Property to anyone. We were only a small client but the work was completed in an efficient and friendly manner. Their “can do” attitude is fantastic and they were able to think creatively and economically to find solutions that far exceeded our expectations. Living in an old building, they also gave the place a once over and reassured us that some of the other issues were not as serious as we thought and could wait for a full overhaul – further proof of their honest and straightforward approach.

  For the last few years I have employed Reaney Property to manage my rental properties and take care of the Lettings, and I am very pleased with the quality of Tenants.   I am an overseas landlord with over 10 years experience of dealing with different London estate agents who rent out my London property. A year ago I bought a rental property in Dublin. In my opinion, Martin’s property service is far superior to any agent in London I have ever dealt with.Martin managed my Dublin property renovation from choosing all the contractors for the plumbing, electrics and carpentry, to ensuring all the individual jobs were completed to perfection and within budget. A week after Martin completed the renovation, he had great new tenants moved into the property. Martin is totally trustworthy, meticulous, very solution orientated and extremely knowledgeable on the Dublin rental property market. He also works fast and efficiently to reduce any void rental periods. Thank you Martin for removing the headache of me managing the rental from overseas, and for ensuring I get the best rental yield on my property.

  I couldn't rate Reaney Property more highly. I have worked with Martin for a number of years and he is extremely hard working and efficient while at the same time providing his services at a very competitive price. I was most impressed by Martin's common sense approach and ability to use his own initiative in the interest of both landlord and tenant. I recently rented a property to a close friend and Martin made what could have been an awkward process, easy and seamless. Any works Martin has carried have always been to the highest standard, finished on time and on budget. You won't regret working with Reaney Property!
