  Do not go to REDCATS. I made an appointment for an advertised window display for color and blow-dry with junior stylist. I was sitting in the seat when the girl looking after me says I will need to pay 10 euro on top of advertised amount. I left and phoned the manager the following day. She went on about recession, hard times, but didn't think 10 euro was much to ask for as it was an expensive hairdye product!! She didn't seem to understand that she was falsely advertising and wasn't at all apologetic. This was one week ago. She did say she'd remove the sign from the window, but I was in town yesterday and it was still there!! (09/09/2014 have pictured evidence) So I was lured in with false advertising and publicly humiliated with extra charges. I'm a teacher, I had plenty of money with me that day but hadn't a notion of paying out extra! Got the impression during the phone call with management I was hard-up. Very Unprofessional.
