::I very rarely write reviews and now I'm in the middle of a house refurbishment, don't really have a minute. I really felt that I had to comment on Redmond Electrical, but more to the point to thank a particular staff member LISA. I called regarding the purchase of kitchen appliances. I wanted an oven, dishwasher and hob. The prices on the web site were excellent I found after hours of trawling the web. I rang the store and spoke with Lisa regarding my requirements and delivery. The service I received from Lisa was so good. She has to be one of the most patient people ever, I was trying to buy online and with a very bad internet connection on that day. Lisa could not have been more helpful. She got me the best price possible with even further discount, rang me back several times. Lisa went over and beyond any kind of customer service expected from anyone. On that particular day she was also very busy on the tills but Lisa still managed to be so attentive to me as a customer. I can't thank Lisa enough, nothing was too much trouble for her, an amazing customer service thanks again Lisa. I also have to give Nicola a mention as she too was so helpful guiding me through the final purchase thanks Nicola. I would Highly recommend Redmond Electrical they are fantastic! Received my goods by courier within a few days. All in all, an unbeatable service at an unbeatable price! I will be buying again in the future thanks again.
