  I enquired about a two post lift from Redmount. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and customer service seemed to matter, so I said I would like one. Within 3 days of my initial phone call the lift was installed. The fitter was very efficient and the lift is very solid, works well and has the extra features I needed. Very happy to recommend Redmount.

  Without prejudice. I bought a Redmount single post lift which I returned within 14 days, I`m very dissapointed with the lift that was supplied to me. Remount after sales is the worst I have ever experienced and i wont be dealing with them again ,as a result of this purchase I have out of pocket expenses of over 500 euro. In reply to your comment Without prejudice. So are you saying if a customer buys an item from Redmount and there is a problem with the product its a case of tough luck your problem buyer beware. Your letter dated to me 29/09/14" Redmount requested return of the lift" which makes you responsible for my out of pocket expenses ,the offer of my engineers report was refused by you. In my garage safety comes first.
