  Very poor service!! Margaret Fogarty is currently selling a house in Terenure, Dublin. The property is listed for sale online as I write this and having spoken to Margaret today, the property is "open to offer'. She advised the current bid and we requested a viewing as the bid level is well within our budget. However, she refused to let us view the property because "other parties are further along in the process". I am curious to know if the current owner knows she is turning away genuinely interested parties when no sale has been agreed.
