  I am writing this review as a warning to other people to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This is the worst experience I have ever had at hairdressers. The entire experience from start to finish was awful. What a lack of professionalism. The hairdresser Pamela has horrible manners. I could never believe that you can be abused by the hairdresser. She met me for the first time and never said hello or introduced herself or said a word while doing my hair. Came in to the salon to get my hair dyed blond, and I was so precise for what I want and got out of the salon with dark roots. She tried do fix it by offering few highlights but while doing it she was so rude by throwing my hair on my face. It was so offensive from her side. I feel I was treated so bad not only what was done with my hair but with me personally in the first place. We have just moved to the area and I thought this is going to be a great place for me to come, near home. But I was very wrong to think that. The salon is filthy and rundown.

  My hair was done extremly quick and got fuzzy after short while.

  Pamela and her staff are amazing and I always leave feeling amazing. Attention to detail most up to date systems and methods and so accommodating. Can't praise them enough.
