  I've been going to Results for just over a year now and I absolutely love it. I never thought I would ever love working out and lifting weights, but I do, it's very addictive. The trainers really do know there stuff and are very professional and genuine people. They also get to know all their clients on a personal level which is really nice to see. The atmosphere is brilliant in Results, everyone is so friendly and helpful...it makes working out so much better. Since joining Results, I've seen huge changes in my body. I can lift weight I never thought possible for me. I'm fitter, healthier and have gained a second family. I love going to this gym and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is the best decision I have ever made!

  Been a member for over two years now, originally only joined for a couple of months but the training given is very additive and I seen changes almost immediately. Dave, Dec, Aidan and Conor provide the essential guidance and knowledge to get you in top shape. You will definitely do more as part of a group and it is great craic on top of that, truly a sound bunch in all the classes. Highly recommended.

  Been a member of this gym for ages now. It's absolutely top class. The trainers are phenomenal I have learned so much from them. They keep track of your progress very closely and keep updating the work routine for maximum impact, and they're always challenging you and pushing you to be the best you can be. I started Results Ireland hating the thoughts of working out and now I am addicted and in the best shape I've ever been in. The atmosphere in here is electric, the other members and your class buddies are the soundest bunch of people. It's like a second home to me. I LOVE it here. highly recommend this gym. And unlike any other gyms its not overcrowded, quality over quantity. The trainers are all about investing their time into their members and their training for best results, they really care. Results Ireland MAKES you want to train. The place and electric atmosphere is like crack, so addictive.

  Started results Ireland in September and have loved it since.... I have learned that staying in shape is a lot more than sprinting on a treadmill and love learning how to use all the different weights from the trainers... the staff are so friendly and help keep you motivated throughout the classes... a brilliant gym overall!

  Absolutely fantastic atmosphere in this gym. All the trainers are bang on. They really get involved with all clients on a personal and professional level. Iv rarely looked forward to going to the gym but this place is definitely worth it. Great gym, great trainers. Fair play lads.
