Joke of a service. Website says that they are open till 5.15 but they close at 4 every day. Arrived at 3.50 to be told by the security guard that they were shut. I say to him about the website and he that he was the to 7 and it's no skin off his nose. No idea what he was trying to say!!! There were 7 other people there with the same scenario. Tax payer deserves better!!

I was living behind this building for 3 years. Every night all of the lights are kept on in the entire building. Knowing this is our tax money that pays for their electricity I doubt their ability to take responsible decisions if they're not able to switch off lights... That being said the staff have always been helpful. Hence the rating.

I find it totally unacceptable that when you call the revenue office through the number they give you on their own webpage. 1). It takes ages to hear the message before you actually get through to someone 2). When you finally get through you are AGAIN put on hold and it ends up with that another machine-voice tells you that the number you have called is not available!!! How can that be when you just was told after going through 7,5 minutes of auto recorded messages. 3). Then you call them up again and now they tell you that the office hours are from 09:00 to 13:00 why didn't they say that when we called the first time and used up all of our credit on the phone. 4). It is an outrage that you have to pay a fortune to call a public office that you never get through to. 5). If this was a private company they would have been out of business years ago. 6). If they call that service, they should really consider to take a course. Obviously they must have loads of time since they never answer their phones. 7). I give up trying to call them. I have now spend more than 20€ trying and can't afford that, so now I will go the office and wont leave before I have an answer to my questions. Thank you and thanks for nothing No regards from another unhappy citizen who pays your salary through my tax, My god you must be laughing. Brian Hughes, Cork
