  VERY helpful team here.. had delays with new home..No problems from RPT ..held tiles n flooring..swapped grout.. Good service. Nothing was a problem in a VERY stressful time. BIG thanks to Gordon n the lads 😁😁

  Not to many tiles to choose from , the lads seem very boring and not interested in selling . And also what's with the 5:30 schedule ??? They close so early! They have shifts for pregnant ladies !

  If I could give 0 stars I would have. It's getting 1 star because my initial experience was really positive. First visited Saturday and chose 3 floors, the guy who served me was super and I left with 3 samples. We returned Sunday very excited to put down the deposit but wanted to change the wood choice. The guy who served us was horribly rude. We had chosen another floor which we thought was the same price and was advertised as the same price but he told us was more expensive, he then proceeded to take down the price in front of us and when I pointed out he couldn't do that he told me I was wrong he could because he hadn't processed the sale and wouldn't be. They lost a 2k sale as well as my recommendation that I had given to a entire new development of houses after the positive experience the previous day.
