  Great place to work out. I’ve been going to ROM for the last 3 years and still enjoy every minute. I haven’t a lot of time to spare after work so the “Caveman” class is brilliant for me as I’m in and out in the hour and it covers everything I want. But even with all the other classes along with the open gym, there is something here for everyone. With experienced and friendly trainers, who are always on hand to help I would highly recommend ROM to anyone looking for a new gym or even someone who is looking to take the first step to getting into shape.

  Excellent gym, very helpful trainers and suitable equipment for any kind of training from Bodybuilding to Olympic Weightlifting. The shower, changing room and kitchen are an added bonus that make it extremely handy to train at any time of the day.

  At ROM there is a saying 'Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, you're right'. You know, it's really up to yourself. You can go in there after a stressful day at work and with the positivity of the staff and the general good atmosphere, you get the job done and go home refreshed and buzzing. Keep up the good work lads.

  Where do I start , So I have been going to ROM for the last few years and have built up a really special friendship with Carley, Terry and all the Team in there, I have to say the whole experience of going to ROM has been so positive and you are treated as a friend rather than a customer which makes your time there more fun and enjoyable! Throughout the past year after losing my husband tragically Carley and Terry have shown me so much support and kindness and I can honestly hand on heart say that they have helped pull me through the darkest days I truly don't know how I would be today if it weren't for them and everyone in ROM and how it has been one of the main reasons that helped me cope through my grief the mental benefits exercise has given me has made me such a stronger person and their kindness and help has given me confidence back in myself and the encouragement to keep going and keep strong even on the darkest of days.. I would highly recommend ROM to anyone even thinking about joining a Gym whether it be for health benefits, mental health or just to join a place where you want to go in and have somewhere you enjoy being!! This is DEFINITELY the place to go ❤❤❤❤

  Been going here for a few years, never had a bad experience. Outstanding staff who are always willing to help you with your goals, extremely helpful and treat you both as customer and friend. Prices in open gym membership and personal training are very competitive. Wide range of group classes.Top of the range modern equipment in free weights, benches, machines, treadmills, rowing machines. Shower facilities and vending machines aswell, this place has it all. -RC
