  A lovely place that made me feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. Really nice treatment from the staff also and strongly recommended.

  Fantastic flowers, However the wrong name was included on the card which caused great embarrassment to the recipient at her workplace. Management were very dismissive of the matter. Customer care skills are definitely needed in this business. A simple 'fail safe' spell check system when receiving orders over the telephone is all that is needed. Four days later I am still waiting for the matter to be resolved. I will compliment the quality of the bouquet, unfortunately I will never use this company again due to their attitude. It was Rosaleen I spoke to directly and not a member of staff.
