  I had a great experience here yesterday. Mandy did a great blow dry, and Niamh did lovely makeup- both really listened to what I wanted and I was delighted! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you.

  Got semi permanent lashes yesterday, was happy with the result and the treatment I got in the salon but this morning my eyes are really sore and irritated, it’s not an allergic reaction I had a pharmacist look at them and have no itching or redness around the lashes, it’s the blood vessels underneath my bottom lids that are all broken and burst from where the protective pads were resting against my eyeballs for the 90 minutes and where the glue went into my eyes, This was the first time I’ve gotten lashes done before so I wasn’t sure if that was normal or not. Again I can’t stress enough that the girl who did them was lovely and lashes look well but my eyes are in bits for my holidays, I planned to wear contact lenses which I can’t do now and will have to wear my glasses for the holiday as my eyes are too inflamed to put the lenses in. Also I would have preferred to send this review in private directly to the business but there is no email option on the website

  Another lovely pampering experience in Ross Adams today. I don't expect anything less at this stage - a warm welcome, a super head wash and massage, and a great cut by Mandy. I will be back again.

  Lack of professionalism, pure butchery! If you try to say something , they twist your words. Is there anybody to complain to ? No, they will avoid yoi as much as they can because the owner (boss) is the husband of one of the hairdressers! So if they ruin your hair, good luck! They won't even apologise to you!! For a woman,you know how important the hair it is. You know how you feel about it. Congratulations, one just walked out without hair? Lack of confidence and depressed too.

  It's my second time , and the last time here. I asked her 3 times not to cut my hair too short. What I asked and what I got? I got butchery! I showed her a picture and I told her about 3 times that I don't want my hair very short and we agreed on a length. Paid 40 euro for literally destroying my hair. Cut all of it... Is not even as close as I wanted to be and the picture i showed her. I don't care about the money, but I care about the fact that I don't even have even half of the hair I had when I went in there. I left out with literally no hair in my head, depressed and chopped up... and I have all the proof. I showed her the picture and the length but I don't know what happened and I'm in tears! And it's not my fault at all. I told her I can't see without the glasses cause if I could, I would've stopped her for real.... unfortunately I couldn't help myself. All I asked is to replicate a picture... that it wasn't even hard or rocket science. Paid 40 euro to walk out without hair or any sort of shape. I called her today and she said she offers me a blow dry till grows back! Are you for real? How much are you going to offend me any more? To blow dry what? In case you forgot, you can't even put a brush in my hair as I've none...
