  Ordered and payed for deliver, 4 days later no oil. I appreciate the adverse weather conditions but we ordered, and payment was taken before any snow, was told next day delivery at worst following day they never arrived. If it was the first time I would allow for unforeseeable circumstances but this has happened on a number of occasions. We still have no delivery and the company have not contacted us, apologised, or given us any indication as to when we can expect to receive our (payed for) oil
