  Excellent high quality food with lovely flavours. We had the early bird it was very good value for such good quality food. We got lovely bread tasters before our meal . I had scallop for starter which looked like Master Chef and had loads of surprises it was delicious. I had the pork belly again the flavours was really nice and the deserts were of high quality. We got tasters of sweets and the end the fudge was to die for. All for €26 each I would highly recommend it.

  We just had a superb 3 course meal in Sage. The diversity of the menu options and the numerous flavours of every course makes this among our best meals ever. Thank you for the excellent service.

  Fantastic meal- the nicest we've had in a long time. I had the 'surf n turf pork- amazing - freshly cooked and so tasty. My husband had the 'game and venison' special- delicious and my dad and sister had lamb which was equally as tasty. Deserts were amazing. Service was superb with lots of extra little bites. Would definitely go back

  From the monent we entered Sage til our last bite of food was truly amazing. Food was superb. The best lamb I've ever tasted. Service and ambience were excellent. Fantastic waiting staff. I can't recommend this restaurant enough

  Oberliga! Bestes Restaurant weit und breit. In Westport und Umgebung gibt es eine ganze Reihe guter Restaurants aber keines, wie das 'Sage'. Regionale Produkte u. Gerichte. Nur wenig Sitzplätze. Also unbedingt vorbestellen. Preise sind der Qualität entsprechend aber unbedingt fair. Vorbestellung auch online möglich.
