  Doing10 class challenge in a week. Adrian is a great trainer. Every class has something different and leaves you feeling pumped for the day.

  Really enjoyable training, and that's what it's all about. When I'm in the area I always have a session with Adrian. I'm not into selfies, but found an old photo of Adrian and I!

  Adrians classes are fantastic, motivational and have humour thrown in too which adds to existing amazing workout! Although it was great to get to meet Adrian finally in person and do the bootcamp, I have found the online classes brilliant also. I have a 4 year old so getting out to class can be challenging. The online quick 30 minute workouts perfect for a busy mum to do early morning or during evening kid TV time!. He also caters to all levels with modifications. Thank you Adrian for the physical benefits of a healthy body but also a sane mind!
