::Made an appointment to view an apartment to buy. Appointments only available during working hours. Turned up and was left waiting in the cold for 20 minutes with another buyer. When the agent finally turned up she was rude. Viewed the apartment, and was then sent downstairs to wait for agent to let us out of the gated development. Waited another 20 minutes for her to come down, she never turned up, and we were finally let out when a neighbour turned up

::Absolutely awful, I had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa Sinclair and Richie O Neill who are both rude, unproffesional and unable to communicate properly apparently. Our issues have been ignored since we moved in. Not to Mention Lisa's downright racist and patronizing remarks while moving in. Spare yourself the headache of dealing with Sherry Fitzgerald.
