::One of the best shoe shops in Waterford as it has really good quality and selection of shoes. But not more than 3* because of really poor customer service. Many times while visiting the shop i was absolutely ignored by staff. And today saw a really good bargains and was ready to buy shoes for husband and my 2 sons. I had to chase after sales assistants in the shop and when i finally asked the question about sizes i could feel they are absolutely not interested to help. We all had feeling that we are not welcome and need to leave asap. Very dissapointed. Would be a great shop if sales assistants would have at least a little bit interest in customers.
