::Staff have very bad customer service. I returned a pair of shoes as they where faulty and they not only refused to take them, they refused to even listen to me aswel... ignorant supervisor.. AND ignorant store manager! NOT GOOD!!

::Bought a pair of shoes for work for €80, after one hour of wear the leather on the tip of the right shoe started to peel off completely(the left shoe was all good), went back the next day for exchange, i spoke with the supervisor i believe Dylan(they have no name badges there btw.) he told me they can't exchange it because it's not a manufacturers defect...i asked for the manager(Stephen) he didn't even wanted to talk with me. i aproched him and he just walked away to deal with another costumer saying that the supervisor already told me no and that he wouldn't be able to do anything about it..really condescend attitude from a store manager... Really unpleasant experience, avoiding this store from now on and the brand as well.
