::The cinema looks great! Especially since they did it up! The food is good! The guys who check the tickets are always bang on! The girls dont really smile but they are still nice! Still worth 5 stars because we go at least once a week and we have never had any serious problems and staff always help!

::Never been in such a shabby place. Skeleton staff manning a sinking ship it felt like. Had to go outside during trailers to tell someone to turn the screen on as there was only sound. Almost froze to death watching last jedi because there was no heating on in the first week of Jan. Very poor overall experience. One star for decent seats and popcorn but being cold wearing you're coat zipped up to the neck with hat scarf and gloves on is just not good enough.
