::Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review- despite never having the storage unit installed. The fitter arrived at the house just after 9am (due to traffic, which was not a problem). So my partner, who was waiting in the house from 8.15am for him to arrive, had to leave. She left keys outside the door for him to collect. We spoke on the phone at 9.05am and he entered the house. He informed me he needed his van to be located outside the house. We have on-street parking in a quiet residential area and normally work-vans either a) wait 15 minutes until a space opens up or b) pull up on the curb, which is entirely acceptable, in the interim. I explained this to him and that a parking ticket would be dropped to him within 30 minutes. I drove back to the house to give him a parking permit. At 9.50am when I was at the house, despite 6 free parking spaces directly outside the house (4m from my front door), it was apparent he had left but had not contacted me to let me know. He did not choose to park on the curb for 20 minutes to start working. No apology. Rang Smart Storage. From their side they offered no apology. I have to say it left a sour taste and i really can't give them my business as a result.

The workmanship is top quality and the finished product is great value for money. Any of our family, friends or neighbors who have seen the end result all agree this is something they would like to have in their house.

::I had 3 drawers fitted under the stairs and absolutely love them. All the shoes which used to be piling at the front door are now organized and tucked away nicely out of sight. The drawers work seamlessly and the finish is excellent! Great value for money!
