Extremely friendly staff. Not a huge fan of the dentist but they made me feel at ease specialy Dr Fernanda. She is my dentist and she is the best, explaining all tratament I need to have done & payment options. Everyone in here is so nice that I have already made my next appointment in few months time .

Excellent Service, highly recommend! Called this practice for an emergency appointment and was given an appointment for the same day. I am a very nervous of the dentist but the girls on the desk were very friendly and checked me in quickly and even had a little chat to help calm my nerves. The nurse who checked my forms were filled in correctly was very friendly and the dentist Fernanda was amazing. She was so nice and talked me through everything. I am now pain free and looking forward to my next visit with her. Thanks to the team. I am one happy customer.

Misdiagnosed my dental pain (said it was wisdom teeth when it clearly couldn’t have been when you looked at the xrays) and didn’t give me anything for the pain. No explanations given during treatment or for after care. The building inside is cool but with radio blaring it feels more like a nightclub than a medical practitioners. Ending up cancelling my second appointment and going to a small independent dentist.

Smiles in O'Connell Street fitted me in for some emergency treatment at very short notice which turned out to be quite a lengthy proceedure. All staff, from the ladies on reception to the dentists and nurses, are first class and treat you with kindness and real professionalism from the very start. I can thoroughly recommend the practice to anybody needing dental treatment in Dublin.

Very good experience here. Andrew was the most caring and gentle dentist I’ve ever had. Got rid of all my nerves. The lay out is amazing for a dental surgery. Came out very satisfied
