  Some knowledge of the staff missing.There is a toilet but you cant able to use.

  Really bad customer service. Would really like to see a rival of this toy store come to town as it may just help management hire people with an interest in customers. If you're customers are meeting negative staff then that's a problem.

  Smyth's Toy Store is a great place to shop for both indoor and outdoor toys, it has a wide selection of toys, books, consoles and games for all ages. There is also a great range of baby products too.

  Staff were very helpful when I was getting a new car seat abd another helped me to the car with it, very friendly too

  People working there dont know the products they are selling, when you ask them for details, they run to ask someone else and still have no answer in the end...
