  I love this hairdresser's and beautician, the prices are really good and the service is excellent.

  My haircut was crooked and the experience in trying to get it fixed two days later was worse. First of all Michael told me was it was, 'ok, not too bad' when it was clearly crooked, and stared at me blankly as if he didn't know what to do. It was then confirmed crooked by another member of staff. I asked for my money back which was refused - she said, 'do you want your money back or do you want us to fix it?' - it should have been both. When I said it was hassle to have to go back in to have it fixed she said rudely, 'sure it's only 5 minutes out of your day' - not the case when you have to get kids looked after and try to find time to get back into the salon. There was no offer of anything to make up for the poor experience. Really disappointing and I certainly will never be going back to this salon ever again.

  A salon that treats all it's customers with professionalism and kindness. Friendly staff and great value.
