  Newly upgraded lobby area with coffee dock for a casual meeting point. Staff friendly and attentive, food is excellent, fresh and good value for money. Family friendly bar area with TV showing current sports. Very relaxed atmosphere, you are not rushed. Walking distance from City Centre

  Great Gym- the instructors get involved rather than sitting in the office like some of the local gyms. The place is always clean which is a big plus. The only real down side is the size of the car park

  Very welcoming staff and great service. Food is fabulous and not rushed. The leisure centre is amazing. An excellent family break !

  Nice hotel w very good restaurant. Restaurant reasonably priced w good food. Typical European hotel. The reason I do not give it 5 stars was the noise. Young children were running up and down hallways until late night hour the 3 days we were there. Also, it is about 2 1/2 miles from downtown Kilkenny. It can be a long walk or you have to pay for a cab if you do not have a car.

  Stayed in hotel for recent weekend break - overall good place to stay. Staff very friendly n food was good. Nice leisure centre. Rooms are very slightly past their best but are clean and tidy. Nice bar. A few extra TV channels would not go astray n WiFi could be better. Minutes from city centre. Overall good and enjoyable visit. No qualms about going back
