  Went on multiple occasions before closing time and was told that the store was closed and they weren't serving drinks. As well as other stores around that say they open/close at a certain time but are closed early or not open on time. If you open at 7am/8am, then be there, if you close at 9pm/10pm, close at that time, not before. Happens way too much with Starbucks.

  Love it. This is my fav. Starbucks to get some work done or read a book. When you go there on a Sunday its very quiet. The staff is mostly really friendly. Wifi is strong. The only negative point would be the toilette. Its a single room and gets dirty really quickly because of the high demand.

  I went in to get coffee on the way to work . Only 2 people working , no problem there at all not a very busy time . The problem was , one was playing with ribbons while only one was serving customers. Silly stuff. Walked out

  Went in to buy a product in order to use the customer toilets and a member of staff repeaditly shouted at me and my two friends demanding us to leave and that the toilets were only for use of paying customers, before i had even approached the till or said a word? he continued to block off my access to the till in order to buy a drink and after about over two minutes of abuse we left due to the sheer embarassment caused. Far from good customer service or even human deceny, me and my friends from the north will not be back. Hope this man and the rest of the staff standing there watching are ashamed of their actions!
