::Such a cool salon, everyone was super nice. Darra worked with me to give me what I wanted even though I didn't really know myself when I went in. Much better than a previous experience I had in the North Earl Street salon a while back. Will definitely be back!

::HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – DO NOT GO THERE! I made an appointment for Tuesday at 7:15PM because I work and that was the only suitable time for me, obviously it was a bad call due that everyone in the salon was in a hurry to close and finish their shift. The staff was rude and disconnected, really didn't even noticed that you were there and if they did, their acknowledgment was totally robotic. My hair is curly and so, when I made the appointment I requested someone that knows how to deal with curly hair (had bad experiences in the past). They assigned me with a hair dresser that was rude and arrogant, as if she was going to cut my hair for free. Anyways, I got my hair washed (the girl that did it was nice - only one), went back to the chair with the arrogant hair dresser and she proceeded to cut my hair as I requested. It took her two seconds, and I felt she should cut a bit more because I could still see dead ends, she recommended to dry the hair first, which I said “Ok - I dry my hair upside down” to which she said “Do you want to do it? You know your hair better”, she handed me the hairdryer and walked away with her cellphone. That was absolutely unacceptable, who goes to a hair salon and dries its own hair? I dried my hair and it looked like still needed to be cut as I previously had requested, asked again and she cut my hair dried a bit more, my hair was still broken and needed more layers for sure, but at that point I just wanted to leave. She went to the cashier, while I was putting my hair up – if someone goes to a hair salon and leaves with the hair up, that means they are NOT HAPPY with whatever they went to do. So I went to pay EUR 60 for nothing and left.

::From cradle to grave a really good experience. Friendly staff on the desk and the staff on the floor are really down to earth positive people. Hats off to Darragh a real gent and a great relationship builder. Nothing was to big of a deal. Thank you.
