  Short changed big time on trip to SALOU. Two adults and 2 fourteen year old girls given 'a twin room's which was basically a very tight studio room. Charged €210 to be "upgraded" to a twin room. Shocking treatment. Why are you bringing Irish people to Dorada Palace Sunway??? It's very evident that Spaniards are give the pick of the rooms and the remainder sold to the Irish for a premium price. Shame shame shame on you Subway. I'll NEVER do business with you again and I'll also tell anyone that will listen of your abysmal treatment of customers. Margaret Smyth

  I want to express my thanks and acknowledge the expertise and professionalism of the Sunway Rep who met us at Malaga,on arrival from Dublin on Aer Lingus flight at 11.05 AM, on Saturday,10th September 2016. Our group had an episode of illness by one of members on the night prior to our departure on 17th September ,Saturday AM. We especially appreciate Sunway Rep assistance,advice and organisation of wheelchair availability . The Vistamar complex where we stayed was very satisfactory. All in all we are delighted to have travelled with Sunway Holidays .
