    Literally the most unhelpful post office I've ever encountered. Have never had a smile while being severed have never experienced any level of decent customer service, everyone in there looks like they hate their job and when you get to the counter the speak to one another rather than addressing you. Sometimes your left standing at the top of the que for a few minutes while they chat... All just to post a letter. Disgraceful carry on... You feel like you are apologising just for keeping them in a job

    Queue for 15 mins to post one package. There needs to be a separate queue for social welfare/accounts business to post customers. €7 to post something small and don’t take Apple Pay because the machine is not set up for it. Sounds like their digital business model ain’t working.
